About Rita Gara
Rita Gara received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law. She practiced law for 12 years in Illinois, spending ten of those at the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office where she garnered significant experience as a trial lawyer, successfully prosecuting a wide variety of serious criminal cases including homicides, sex offenses, drug offenses and other serious crimes. Rita obtained invaluable experience navigating a wide variety of complicated civil issues while serving as First Assistant State’s Attorney for McHenry County.
Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, Rita now practices in Arizona, offering her clients the benefit of her years of litigation experience and practical problem-solving.
