About Pierce W. Libbey
Pierce earned his undergraduate degree from the Beacom School of Business at the University of South Dakota while running Cross Country and Track & Field for the Coyotes. Soon after, he earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Pierce spent a year with a boutique commercial litigation firm where he was able to gain valuable, practical experience to inform his practice as a business attorney. Pierce further developed his skills as a business lawyer through his involvement in the ASU Innovation Advancement Clinic, where he helped early-stage ventures solidify their legal foundations and address obstacles to their success. After passing the bar, Pierce joined FR Law Group.
Pierce believes in providing elite client service through prompt communication and commitment to detail. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar and the ABA Forum on Construction Law, and is an active member of the litigation-focused Horace Rumpole American Inn of Court.
